The Netherlands is piloting a project that puts glow-in-the-dark road markings on roadways to reduce the amount of overhead lights needed at night. The pilot has found that the paint is too sensitive moisture (making it too dark), so further engineering will be done. Twitter released it's Q1 financial statements yesterday. Number of active users increased to 255 million, but activity is stagnant or has declined, and so has the stock value.
